Warranty terms and conditions 

The company Metroman guarantees the quality and operation of the supplied equipment, if the equipment was operated for its intended purpose.  And in accordance with the instructions for use - subject to the following conditions:

•   Warranty applies to the repair of factory defects if they are found within 12 months after purchase
• A technical device will be considered to be of poor quality if it does not perform the functions specified in the User Manual, Technical Specifications or other similar documents.
• Warranty service does not apply to consumables , chargers , batteries, chargers, or natural wear and tear.
• Defects found during the warranty period are eliminated free of charge within 14 working days after the defect is fixed for delivery to the service center.
• If defects need to be purchased to purchase spare parts outside of Georgia, the service period may be extended.
• Warranty service will be provided only in the following cases

  If the serial number of the device matches the serial number of the equipment sold to the customer

  The customer must provide a written notice of the defect to the guarantor with a clear and detailed description of the technical problem.

  There is no seal and / or hatch on the body of the device and the serial number can be read accurately .

• GA Rantia does not apply if:
• The device is mechanically and electrically damaged due to incorrect installation, disregarding the instructions for use
• Damage is caused by fluid leakage into the device, thermal impact, unstable current, use of substandard consumables, and more.
• The equipment is open for repair work without agreement.
• The serial number is damaged
• Injuries caused by improper knowledge and fault of users
•   The guarantor reserves the right to replace the defective device with an identical or matching technical device.

Metroman Ltd provides warranty service throughout Georgia.
